Bryan Wolfe, Chief Executive Officer
Bryan Wolfe has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the home health and hospice industries. In 2008, Bryan co-founded Traditions Health Care and Traditions Hospice. After a successful building period, Bryan’s experience in business development and strategy was instrumental in establishing a partnership with New York based equity investment group, Dorilton Capital in 2011. Bryan is a champion of the company’s core values and strives to personally meet each new employee. He has a genuine interest in working with his leadership teams and mentoring rising stars.
Prior to opening Traditions Health Care, Bryan served as the Chief Operating Officer of Healthwise Home Health Care and as the Director of Business Development for Guardian Health Care. His prior experience ranges from responsibilities including launching new offices, recruiting and hiring staff, sales and marketing management, and the oversight of day to day operations. Bryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development (Leadership) with an Emphasis in Community Health.
Bryan and his wife Melany live in College Station, Texas and have six children.
Rev. Stuart Young, Chief Operating Officer
Stuart Young has more than 10 years of leadership experience in the home health and hospice industry. In 2008, he became an owner of Traditions Health Care and Traditions Hospice.
Stuart served as Executive Director of Traditions Hospice from 2010 to 2012. An ordained minister, he has held various ministerial positions in churches and hospice organizations. He earned a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baylor University.
Stuart and his wife Laura live in College Station, Texas and have two children.
Alan Blakeney, Chief Financial Officer
Alan has more than twenty years of healthcare finance experience. He comes to Traditions from Camellia Home Health and Hospice where he served as their CFO for 11 years. His experience prior to Camellia includes public accounting, hospital and another large regional home health and hospice. He has served on the Home Care & Hospice Financial Managers Association’s (HHFMA) Advisory Board, which provides guidance to the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) board of directors and NAHC membership on financial matters in the industry, Enterprise Fleet’s national Customer Advisory Board and on the Southern Miss Alumni Association’s Board of Directors.
He is a CPA and a member of the Mississippi Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He’s been married to Angie Blakeney for 27 years and has two children in college. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and he is also active in his community and church.
Ray Clark, MA, BSN, RN, Sr. VP of Clinical Services and Compliance
Ray Clark has 30 years of experience in the Home Health and Hospice industries. He has joined the Traditions Health Executive Team, bringing his experience in various roles in local and national organizations as Regional Vice President, Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, Area Director, Branch Manager, and RN Case Manager in the post-acute care markets. With oversight across multiple states, he has excelled as a clinical and compliance leader advocating for clinical excellence in delivering uncompromised patient-centered care. Ray has been a member of Texas New Mexico Hospice Organization, serving on the education committee. He has presented at numerous conferences as an expert in the field of hospice and home health.
He is a Registered Nurse and actively participates in direct patient care. He earned his Associate Degree in Nursing from Tarleton State University, then continued his nursing education and earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dallas Baptist University. Ray also completed his Graduate Degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.
Ray and his wife, April, live in Houston. They have four grown children and two granddaughters that all reside in Texas. He and his wife are avid travelers. They enjoy cruising, art, cooking, and scuba diving for relaxation and sport.
Ronda Van Meter, President California Division
Ronda Van Meter is a seasoned Home Care Executive with over 25 years in the Home Health and Hospice industry. She oversees the California division as President after relocating there from Texas a few years back. As leader of that division she is focused on assimilating her offices into the Traditions culture while maintaining excellence in patient care and experience, as well as expansion throughout California and the Western US. Ronda has had multi-state and national level leadership positions with both privately held and public healthcare firms. She has a BSN and an MBA, both from the University of Texas system.
Ronda and her husband of 30 years, Vernon, have 3 grown children and only grand-dogs as of yet, and they’re ok with that!
Duane Neel, President of HealthCare ConsultLink
Duane joined Traditions Health in 2012 and he has served in a variety leadership positions throughout the organization – Senior VP of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Sales Officer, Executive VP of Business Development (HealthCare ConsultLink) and President (HealthCare ConsultLink). Including his tenure with Traditions Health, Duane has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Traditions Health, Duane worked as a Regional Vice President of Sales for Gentiva Health Services, one of the largest home health providers in the United States, as well as several other healthcare related companies in the durable medical, pharmacy and manufacturing sectors. Duane is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance.
Russ Ridenhour, President Texas Division
Russ joined Traditions Health in 2009. Prior to joining Traditions, Russ worked in home health and hospice industry since 1999. His prior experience was in various roles including recruiting, operational management, new business development, marketing and program development. Russ has been an occupational therapist since 1988. He received his bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He holds a specialty certification in hand therapy and has a special interest in dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
Russ and his wife Stacey live in Bryan, Texas and have 4 children.
M. Neal Lee, Controller
Neal Lee has more than 10 years of experience in business including project management, auditing, tax, stock market analysis, and IT accounting systems. He holds a Certified Public Accountant license.
Prior to joining Traditions Health Care, Neal served as auditor for Thompson, Derrig & Craig, a full-service CPA firm. He also gained experience at KPMG Houston in the IT audit division where he worked with clients such as Reliant Energy and Anadarko Petroleum. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
Neal and his wife Catherine live in College Station, Texas and have two children.
Crystal Mineo Diaz, PHR, SHRM-CP, Vice President of Human Resources
Crystal Mineo joined Traditions Health Care in 2011. Her broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and management. Crystal is a Certified Professional in Human Resouces (PHR) and Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Crystal has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University.
Crystal and her husband Sonny live in College Station, Texas with their three children.
Peggy Norregaard, RN, Vice President of Home Health Clinical Services and Professional Development
Peggy Norregaard has 32 years of experience, 28 in the home health setting. She was a part of the initial demonstration project with Centers for Health Policy Research for the creation of the OASIS document. During her work with St. Luke’s Hospital in the Texas Medical Center, she worked with the cardiologists, transplant team, and pharmacy department to facilitate the patients, who would ordinarily have to remain in the hospital until transplant, an opportunity to go home with IV inotrope therapy. Peggy has held progressive positions in home health including Clinical Liaison, Branch Director, and Regional Director for two large home health companies. Peggy joined Traditions Health Care in 2016. Her primary job is to support the branches clinically and to improve quality. Peggy has an Associate’s Degree in Science and an R.N. license. Peggy has always lived and worked in Texas in the greater Houston Area.
Peggy is widowed and has 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren and resides in Manvel, Texas.
Sheila Mann, RN, Vice President of Hospice Clinical Services and Professional Development
Sheila Mann has over 20 years of hospice experience. She currently specializes in all aspects of clinical management including regulatory and compliance. Her prior experience includes serving in a variety of positions in the hospice industry from field nurse, to administrator of hospice. She was a Regional Clinical Director for a nationwide hospice and has served as a consultant for Hospice Pharmacy Solutions. Sheila’s most recent position prior to working for Traditions was as the Hospice Program Director for HealthCare ConsultLink. Sheila has a passion for hospice and considers it a privilege to serve patients and their families during their end of life journey.
Ashley Pool, Director of Business Intelligence
Ashley joined Traditions Health Care in 2014. Since then she has taken on many roles within the company and has gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge in just a few short years. She currently is the Director of Business Intelligence and manages a majority of the software platforms utilized throughout the company. She is also a part of the Acquisition and Integration Team and leads post-merger transitions.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from Texas A&M at Corpus Christi.
Ashley and her husband Bobby live in Bryan, Texas with their son James.
