Acquires Reflections Hospice and Palliative Care
College Station, TX – Traditions Health, LLC (“Traditions”), a home health and hospice provider in Texas and California, announced that it has acquired Reflections Hospice and Palliative Care (“Reflections”), a division of Centrix Health Resources (“Centrix”). Reflections is a provider of hospice services based in Mesa with three locations in Maricopa County. Tarik Shirif, the CEO/President of Centrix, will be joining the Traditions team and taking a leadership role in business development.
As a leading provider of home health and hospice services, Traditions offers skilled nursing, therapy services, and both physical and spiritual end-of-life care. This acquisition marks the tenth bolt-on executed by Traditions Health since first partnering with Dorilton Capital in 2011.
The announcement was made by Bryan Wolfe, the President and CEO of Traditions. “I am extremely excited to expand our services to Arizona. This is an enormous accomplishment for our organization and we are very honored to begin serving the people of this great state,” said Mr. Wolfe.
