Nashville, TN – Traditions Health announced four of its home health branches have earned the SHPBest™ Patient Satisfaction Award from Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) for the 2022 calendar year. The branch in Waxahachie, TX received the SHPBest™ “Premier Performer” Patient Satisfaction Award, while branches in Tyler, TX; College Station, TX; and McAlester, OK all received the SHPBest™ “Superior Performer” Satisfaction Award.
“There are many benchmarks that measure the quality of care we provide, but a patient satisfaction award is the highest form of recognition. It reflects the commitment our teams have to providing quality, compassionate, patient-centric care,” said Tracy Cardin, RN, ACNP, SFHM, Senior Vice President of Clinical Services.
The “Premier Performer” award recognizes organizations that have achieved an overall patient satisfaction score that ranked in the top 5% of all eligible SHP clients. The “Superior Performer” award recognizes organizations that have achieved an overall patient satisfaction score that ranked in the top 20% of all eligible SHP clients.
The annual SHPBest™ award program was created to acknowledge home health agencies that consistently provide high-quality service to their patients. The 2022 award recipients were determined by reviewing and ranking the overall satisfaction score for more than 3,200 home health providers.
