If you have found yourself here, let me first say, I am so sorry you are going through this. But I can assure you, you have come to the right place. Traditions Home Health has been such a blessing to my friend, and we sure didn't want to have to explore, nor want to be in the position to need hospice care. But here I am, and I have leaned heavily on Mindy. This is a process, and an unpleasant one at that, but when I've needed someone, Mindy has always answered. Whether it was a question, a needed solution or to pull me back, when I have raced to far ahead, she has been there. Her gentle answers to my panicked thoughts have been sound, spoken with true love and concern, and always keep me in pace with my friend's declining health issues. I cannot thank Mindy, and the whole Traditions health team enough for all their hard work on my friends, and my behalf. I trust Mindy, Skylin, and their teams to be here, as they have from the beginning of this journey.

Traditions Hospice took care of our loved one in the last few weeks of her life. They were caring, clinically astute about end-of-life caregiving, and very professional. The nurses taught our family about end-of-life care and supported us through this very difficult time. They consulted with us and followed through on our wishes for our loved one during this time. I feel this is one of the most important reviews I have to make. One of the most emotional times in your life, when you have to make decisions whenever it comes to the time of your loved one passing on. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and compassion shown by the hospice staff who took care of my loved one during his final days.
