Franklin, TN – Traditions Health, a leading provider of home health, hospice, and palliative care, announced the addition of Tamera Venticinque-Black, who joins the team as a vice president of sales for the hospice business line.
As a sales leader, Venticinque-Black will design and manage the optimization of sales operations across seven states to increase market share and drive innovation.

Venticinque-Black comes to Traditions Health with an extensive track record in health care that spans more than 20 years. She previously served as region market executive for Compassus’s western region, managing 70 sales colleagues, including eight sales managers. Venticinque-Black’s industry tenure also includes leadership roles with The Care Team, Amerita Infusion Pharmacy, Hospice Source, and Apria Healthcare. She earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Illinois – Chicago.

Venticinque-Black lives in Monument, Colorado. She enjoys spending time with her three children and English Bulldog, renovation projects, and watching the Green Bay Packers games with her parents.
