Franklin, TN – Traditions Health, a leading home health, hospice, and palliative care provider, announced that Sarah Shaw has joined the organization as vice president of sales for the hospice service line.
As a sales leader, Shaw will oversee the sales operations across Arizona, California, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, and Oregon. She will also be responsible for increasing market share, driving innovation, and reinforcing Traditions Health as a leader in post-acute care.

Shaw is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare sales. Throughout her career, she has held key sales, business development, and leadership roles with organizations including Bristol Hospice and Compassus.

Shaw resides in Las Vegas, NV with her husband, daughters, and pets.
