Brian Lantier

Chief Executive Officer
Brian Lantier, is a seasoned executive and has been an active member of the Traditions Health board of directors for the last two years. He previously served as CEO of a national behavioral health company, which provided therapy and medication management to nursing homes. Brian earned his bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s degree in business (MBA) from Harvard Business School. Before beginning his career in health care, he served as an officer and helicopter pilot in the U.S. Navy, supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom in the years that followed 9/11. Brian is passionate about Traditions Health’s mission. He lost his father to cancer in 1980, and his earliest memories are of hospice care being delivered in his family home. Brian’s mother was a home health care nurse, who also provided care for his grandfather as he died from Parkinson's Disease.

Kim Baldwin

Chief Growth Officer
With 22 years of diverse experience in the home health, hospice, and palliative industry, Kim brings a proven track record of driving growth and achieving results in both large and emerging healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Traditions Health, Kim served in multiple roles at Compassus for more than 11 years, including Hospice Chief Growth Officer, where she led growth strategies utilizing an outcome-driven approach to demonstrate relevance within the healthcare environment. Kim is a collaborative, analytical, and strategic thinker and has a relentless commitment to ensuring the highest standards for patients and families. She also finds joy in people development and has mentored many contributing leaders throughout the healthcare industry today. Kim earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Phoenix while working full-time to build her healthcare career.

Shane Campbell, Chief Compliance Officer

Shane Campbell, RN, MBA, CHC

Shane’s impressive experience includes numerous years in health care compliance management, most recently with Tower Health, a regional not-for-profit health care provider/payer system in West Reading, PA, as VP/Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to that, he worked as the Senior Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer at Maxim Healthcare Group, Inc., a national homecare, health care staffing and population health/wellness company with 250 offices in 43 states. As the Chief Compliance Officer, Shane is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of Traditions’ Compliance and Privacy programs. His primary function will be designing and implementing an effective compliance program along with providing technical and professional compliance expertise and advice to leadership, regional support teams, employees, committees, and affiliates.

Corrinne Ehlert

Chief Clinical and Quality Officer
Corrinne is an experienced healthcare leader with three decades of proven success in performance and outcomes. She brings broad and deep expertise as a healthcare services professional focused in organizational leadership, quality, and clinical operational excellence. She began her nursing career as a registered nurse for a non-profit hospice in Las Vegas, Nevada. Corrinne has worked with private equity-backed companies with multi-state operations, where she led compliance, quality and clinical operations in hospice and palliative care. She previously served at U.S. Urology Partners, LLC as Chief Compliance and Quality Officer. Delivering high quality care through evidence-based practice and patient centered care is a passion. Corrinne places strong emphasis on listening, collaboration and developing processes to ensure patients and families receive the best care possible.

John Kerndl, Chief Financial Officer

John serves as Traditions Health’s Chief Financial Officer. He has 30 years of health care experience across a range of organizations in multiple functional areas. Prior to joining the Traditions Health team, John served in executive-level positions at several healthcare companies. At Beth Israel Lahey Health, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer where he led all financial functions for the system’s 10 acute care campuses. Before joining Beth Israel Lahey Health, he spent four years serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Beaumont Health, the largest health care system in Michigan. Prior to that, he spent six years as Senior Vice President and Operations CFO for LifePoint Health in Tennessee. John served in CFO and Regional Vice President-in-training roles for three Arizona hospitals as part of Vanguard Health Systems, as well as Assistant CEO and CFO for Community Health Systems in Illinois. John earned his Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Chicago and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgia State University.

Crystal Mineo, Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Chief Human Relations Officer
Crystal joined Traditions Health Care in 2011. Her background includes responsibility for employee benefits, employee relations, payroll system integration, talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and management. Crystal is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Crystal has a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Sam Houston State University and a master's degree in human resource management from Tarleton State University. Crystal and her family, live in College Station, Texas.
