Franklin, TN – Traditions Health, a leading home health, hospice, and palliative care provider, announced the addition of Jeffrey Clagg, who joins the team as a vice president of sales for the hospice service line.
As a sales leader, Clagg will develop, direct, and manage the overall sales structure, and sales operations across Oklahoma and North Texas. He will also be responsible for increasing market share and driving innovation.
“I am delighted to welcome Jeffrey to the team in such a critical role. He brings a wealth of knowledge in business development and has a proven track record of growing strategic relationships in the hospice market,” said Kim Baldwin, chief growth officer.
Clagg has 15 years of experience in health care. Throughout his career, he has held key sales roles with organizations including Compassus, Three Oaks Hospice, and A Path of Care.

Clagg, his wife, and two children live in Tulsa, OK.
