Kim Baldwin Named Chief Growth Officer at Traditions Health

Franklin, TN – Traditions Health has recently hired Kim Baldwin as its new chief growth officer. As chief growth officer, Baldwin will focus on driving the company’s growth trajectory and enhancing strategic business development initiatives.

Baldwin joins Traditions Health with 20 years of diverse experience in the home health, hospice, and palliative care industry. Before joining Traditions Health, Baldwin held numerous senior leadership roles at national organizations within the post-acute care industry, including Moments Hospice, Compassus, and HCR ManorCare. She most recently served as the chief growth officer for Kara Health.

Baldwin and her husband live in Scottsdale, Arizona. They have two children.
