Franklin, TN – Traditions Health has recently hired Toby Radabaugh as its new vice president of operations for the hospice service line.
In this capacity, Radabaugh will have oversight of five states and be responsible for strategic financial goals and streamlining of operational efficiencies. She will also play a crucial role in supporting the hospice care team, ensuring overall programming is operating at the highest of standards, and continuing to implement strategic, operational, and growth initiatives.

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare operations, Radabaugh brings a passion for patient-centered care along with a strong commitment to constructive collaboration and growth. Throughout her career, she has held key roles with organizations such as Compassus and Gentiva, most recently, serving as vice president of operations at Caregiver, Inc.
